Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLeS) is an excellent lathering surfactant and is a great choice for a primary surfactant in any kind of foaming/cleansing product. It is also a fairly decent solubilizer.

Description: is a classic anionic surfactant ,. Sulfates are stable in bases at a higher pH, with good foaming properties. pH (10%) 7.5 - 8.5. Active substances 28-32%. Yellowish, clear liquid at room temperature, but can become whitish solid at lower temps, revert by warming. Faint odor. Water-soluble.
